Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at our Rochester clinic. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care to clients with a variety of mental health/substance abuse conditions, helping to improve their quality of life. Your expertise in nursing and passion for supporting individuals through their behavioral health/recovery journeys will make a real difference within our community. If you are a Licensed Practical Nurse with a heart for mental health advocacy and a commitment to patient-centered care, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our mission to heal and support.This is a part-time position (about 20 hours per week) in our Rochester location. The ideal candidate will have psychiatric and chemical dependency experience preferably in a behavioral health environment. Must have a working knowledge of CASAC regulations and be comfortable working with the forensic population.
Responsibilities include:

• Performing client medical screenings and evaluations
• Medical injections
• Laboratory testing
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Obtaining prior authorizations as needed
• Facilitation of Medical Education Groups
• Assisting in Med ClinicsCandidates must have graduated from an accredited college of Nursing and 2+ years experience in a similar position.

  Salary starting at $21.30 - $23.96 per hour depending on education, credential and experience.
