Job Description Job Description Medical Technologist – Multiple Shifts Available Location: Titusville, PA Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and certified Medical Technologist to join a dynamic laboratory team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate and timely laboratory results that support high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform complex laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Work across multiple disciplines including: Blood Bank (required) - phlebotomy Hematology Chemistry Microbiology (optional but preferred) Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment Ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in all testing processes Follow laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field (required) Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent) Prior experience in Blood Bank, Hematology, and Chemistry strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Shifts Available: Day Shift Evening Shift Night Shift Why Join : Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education
