Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Dealer Business Development
Manager to expand our reach within the banking, insurance, and
investment sectors. This role focuses on developing and nurturing
strategic relationships with dealers to enhance sales volumes and
market share. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding
of sales dynamics in the financial services industry and possess
excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. This
position requires strategic foresight and an innovative approach to
business development and client service. Identify and target
potential dealer partnerships within the banking, insurance, and
investment sectors. Develop and implement strategic business plans
to drive growth and profitability through dealers. Collaborate with
marketing, product development, and customer service teams to
ensure a cohesive strategy and optimal client experience. Negotiate
and close deals with new and existing dealers, maintaining a focus
on long-term relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor
activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide expert financial product advice and support to dealer
networks to increase sales performance. Organize and participate in
industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence
and professional network. Strong strategic planning and negotiation
skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Deep
understanding of the banking, insurance, and investment industries
Ability to analyze data and market trends Solid financial product
knowledge Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
