Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the drainage product sector Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine product offerings based on market demand Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to upper management Handle client issues and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of service quality Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient in CRM software and capable of handling sales analytics tools Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Adept at strategic planning and market analysis Ability to self-manage, multitask and keep organized under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Sales Management (CSM) or Certified Sales Executive (CSE) is preferred Any relevant CRM software certifications
