customers every day. Responsibilities Complies with Bank and
Secondary Market guidelines with supporting Department staff with
workflows as applicable and directed.
- Supports the CRES Department by supporting the different
teams
- Provides assistance to borrowers as assigned
- Prepares and mails notifications to delinquent borrowers per
investor, guarantor, insurer, and/or Bank guidelines
- Performs all collections and servicing duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned or directed
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing
compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this
position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies,
procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job specific
training requirements in a timely fashion. Qualifications
Education/Training/Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED Skills:
- Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient communicative skills
- Highly organized
- Results driven with competency to meet demands of proficiency,
effectiveness, and efficient
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data from reports/workbooks
- Must be collaborative, have the ability to adapt and
reprioritize, and have an independently objective mindset
- Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core
values; a strong work ethic,integrity, respect for others,
responsibility, transparency and humility Experience: Experience
Consumer Real Estate, Mortgage, or Banking industry experience
preferred Other Job InformationHours: Flexible hours scheduled
Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with rotating Saturdays. Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. Physical Requirements: The physical
