The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Gaming Host to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Gaming Host you'll be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with an assigned book of VIP players. Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55341 - $57390 / year

  Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Telemarkets VIP events to players based on criteria of player worth and loyalty tier
    
    
  • 
    Books guest room and event reservations
    
    
  • 
    Displays exceptional customer service to all players and guests
    
    
  • 
    Drives customer trips to produce incremental revenue for the property
    
    
  • 
    Attends on and off-property player events
    
    
  • 
    Uses alert tools to identify new and existing VIP players at the property for card sign-ups and selling upcoming promotions and events
    
    
  • 
    Meets and exceeds Gaming Host's measurable objectives
    
    
    Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • 
      At least 21 years of age
      
      
    • 
      At least two years' experience in a customer service or sales position
      
      
    • 
      1 year as Gaming Host or similar preferred
      
      
    • 
      Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
      
      
    • 
      Knowledgable of various games, their rules, and can speak to them comfortably
      
      
      Physical Requirements

      • 
        Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
        
        
      • 
        Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
