Job Description Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. This is a Dire Hire opportunity. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient processing and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Process Technician (Direct Hire) Location: Erie, PA Pay Range: $41,600 - $56,160 Shift: 7am-7pm rotating days with every other weekend off Sign- On Bonus: $1500 What's the Job? Monitor production schedules and prepare for upcoming runs, including tools and material changes. Complete all setup, teardown, and changeover practices to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with team members to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency. Document all adjustments and maintain checklists for each new startup. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization on the production floor. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training preferred. Prior experience or education in injection molding or the plastics industry is strongly desired. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of shop math and proven mechanical ability. What's in it for me?
