Job Title: Laser/Turret Operator Location: West Henrietta, NY Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (Exact hours may vary by department) Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Laser/Turret Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This direct hire role offers long-term stability, competitive pay, and outstanding benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior laser or turret operation experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate laser and/or turret equipment to produce parts per customer specifications and company quality standards Monitor personal output to meet or exceed work order rates and production goals Communicate with leadership on process improvements, issues, or maintenance needs Ensure machinery remains in good working order and report any malfunctions promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Accurately complete required documentation and quality inspections Comply with all company and QMS policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Prior experience operating laser and/or turret machinery required Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to safety and quality Willingness to learn and grow within the role Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Hourly Pay: $18 – $26/hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off: 40 hours PTO in Year 1; 80 hours in Year 2 Perfect Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional week of PTO Paid Holidays: 8 annually Healthcare Contribution: $550/month (family) or $410/month (individual) 401(k) Plan: 100% match on the first 4%, 50% on the next 2% (eligible after 6 months) Company-Paid Life Insurance Additional Benefits: Dental, short/long-term disability, HSA options Reimbursements: Safety shoes, glasses, and tuition reimbursement programs Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
