Aramark seeks a highly driven and passionate Catering Services Manager to join our team in delivering outstanding catered events across a diverse set of venues. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, organizing, and supervising every aspect of catering, ranging from client consultations to the execution of service. This position offers a dynamic work environment where each event presents unique challenges and opportunities to demonstrate creativity and leadership. Plan, organize and manage all aspects of catering operations including client meetings, menu planning, cost controls, staff management, and logistics. Ensure high-quality service standards and compliance with all food safety regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Coordinate with chefs and other culinary staff to design custom menus for events while managing budget constraints. Supervise catering staff during events to ensure excellent service delivery. Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, ordering supplies and maintaining records of all events. Evaluate performance and provide feedback or training to staff to improve service quality. Stay updated with current trends in catering and hospitality to incorporate innovative ideas into services offered. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in catering management software.
