Job Description The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Training Center Kitchen Prep Cook to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for working with the highest quality and freshest ingredients with progressive techniques, while partnering directly with the team’s nutrition program. What will you do? Prepare and cook meals following the team’s nutrition program, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to meet dietary requirements and performance goals Collaborate with the team’s nutritionist and chefs to plan and execute balanced, nutritious menus Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met while managing inventory and supplies efficiently Manage daily menu changes Provide services for 150 team members on a daily basis More about you Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment, such as in a high-volume kitchen or catering, preferred Knife skills are a huge plus, but not necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and take on whatever task is needed in the kitchen Reliable transportation and the ability to be on time every day Discretion based on working in a private kitchen No degree required Physical requirements Ability to stand for long periods while also bending, lifting, and reaching Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Evenings as needed Weekends Events OT as needed Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, and premium dining at Highmark Stadium since dating back to 1992.
