About Medical Group:Medical Group has fully
integrated EMR since 2005, accredited lab and X-ray w CT, and PT,
in house. State of the Art Outpatient Surgery Center is located
directly across the street. Our primary care has been designated
Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home since February 2012.
