AREAS OF EMPHASIS/n1. Instructs and prepares patients for examinations and assists Radiologist during procedures./n2. Demonstrates competence and proficiency in operation of all equipment and reports malfunctions to manager or lead./n3. Completes all assigned procedures in a timely manner and uses time between procedures/nto department advantage-assisting others and or assisting with room turnover/n4. Employee understands his/her role on maintaining medication security to authorized/npersonnel only./n5. Demonstrates competency in providing health care services in own job category to all/nage groups./n6. Demonstrates competency in interpersonal relationships to all age groups./n/nD. DOCUMENTATION/INFORMATION MANAGEMENT/n1. Demonstrates competency in the use of Hospital information System (HIS), Radiology/nInformation System (RIS) and PACS./n2. Participates in hospital performance improvement activities (BPI projects, task forces,/netc.) when warranted./n3. Demonstrate confidentiality using own password and all patient care modules./n4.
