As a billing assistant, you’ll play an important role in the success of the organization by using your attention to detail, resiliency, communication and collaboration skills. About the Role: You’ll assist patients. answer billing questions and set up payment agreements using your kindness, problem-solving and customer service skills. Responsibilities include: Carry out billing customer service Perform billing clerical tasks, including processing claims and posting payments. Provide education and support on sliding fee discount applications You will travel to Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.
