Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,253 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/21/2026 About the Position Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day and Night Hours per Shift: 8 Hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: New York License required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Leadership experience in MedSurg within the past year - Experience with scheduling and coaching staff - EPIC charting experience Description: MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND. Will work charge every shift. Specialty: MS/Tele Charge RN. Some weekend shifts are required. First timers are accepted. Patient ratio experience is 6. Unit has a daily census of 39. Cares for patients with all medical diseases including hospice, pain control, diabetic, heart, stroke, and telemetry. Designated unit for COVID and flu patients, also caring for patients with increased oxygen requirements using high flow oxygenation. Trach patients are assigned for specialized care. Available interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. Candidates will float as required. Background reviews are conducted on a case-by-case basis.
