Job Description Family Medicine Physician (FP) A Family Medicine Physician is needed in Bradford, PA. Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity with an Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a 50-town rural region in western New York and Pennsylvania. This role offers full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
