Job Description Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) A Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) is needed in Olean, NY. Salary and Benefits Salary: $282,000 for a five-day clinic schedule $250,000 for a four-day clinic schedule Flexible schedule: Full-time or part-time available Relocation assistance available Sign-on bonus available Health insurance – Four plan options, including one free plan Dental insurance – Two plans, including dependent orthodontia coverage (employer pays 60%) Vision insurance – Two plan options (100% paid by the employee) Life insurance and AD&D – Paid by the employer, covering 1x annual wages Long-term disability – Covers 60% of wages after 6 months of disability Short-term disability (voluntary) available Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Medical and dependent care options Student Loan Repayment – Eligible for NHSC Loan Repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Retirement – 403(b) with up to 4% employer match (immediate vesting) Paid Time Off – 28 PTO days, 2 personal days, 5 CME days, and 7.5 paid holidays CME allowance – Annual stipend and 5 days of approved time off Malpractice insurance – Covered under FTCA (no cost to provider) Immigration assistance available UpToDate annual subscription provided Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum family medicine, including obstetrics 16 to 20 patients per day Conduct deliveries at Olean General Hospital (fewer than 400 deliveries per year) Perform C-sections and other obstetric procedures as needed Manage a patient panel of 16-20 patients per day Work with an OR located on the Labor & Delivery floor Utilize eClinicalWorks as the electronic medical records (EMR) system Participate in a flexible schedule, including options for 32 clinical hours with 8 admin hours or 40 clinical hours Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in F amily Medicine with Obstetrics Must have completed FMOB Fellowship or equivalent experience in OB care New graduates will be considered Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York Compassionate and patient-centered approach About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that connects healthcare professionals with outstanding opportunities.
