Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,215 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Rochester, New York, 14626! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Current state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Charge Nurse experience required. Outpatient Chronic and Acute experience required. Description: The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours based on department needs. Weekend shifts are required every other week, from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM, with occasional Sundays due to holidays. Candidate must float to all other dialysis locations. Charge Nurse for 24-chair unit when assigned, with acute 8-station coverage. Experience in Chronic Outpatient Dialysis and Administration of blood and blood products is necessary. Candidate must have the ability to cannulate AV grafts and fistulas, as well as conduct dialysate conductivity testing. Skills required include proficiency in operating various alarms and monitoring systems. The role entails managing infections and complications, including but not limited to cardiac arrest, hypotension, and hyperkalemia. The candidate should be able to manage fluid overload, hemolysis, and react appropriately to other clinical situations. Experience with electronic charting systems is preferred. Candidate must be prepared to work with diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
