Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Details: • Work Monday through
Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM • On-call required with average of
8-10 call shifts per month including 1 full weekend of coverage •
Must have 2 years of experience in catheterization laboratory •
Experience required in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology
(IR Lab) • Must complete mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV
placement • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS • Epic charting
system experience required • New York state license required in
hand to submit • Scrubs provided by facility • 40 hours of
orientation required • Skills include interventional cardiac
procedures, diagnostic catheterizations, cardiac stent placement,
IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, angioplasty, and various
IR procedures • Care for adult and geriatric patients requiring
cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology procedures •
Work in 2-room unit with interdisciplinary support including IV
teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams • Must be
comfortable with procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Float requirements as needed • Candidates within 75 miles of
