Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,144 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – New York Start Date: March 3, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x12 rotating days/nights, every other weekend, holiday coverage required Highlights: 26-bed specialized cardiac unit caring for CHF patients, acute MIs, post-pacemaker device care, and arrhythmia management Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 in a 528-bed tertiary care hospital setting Epic charting system with up to 5 billable hours for pre-start module completion Hands-on cardiac monitoring with dysrhythmia interpretation and emergency response protocols Full IV therapy, phlebotomy, respiratory care, and wound management responsibilities Floating to other units required as part of the assignment Requirements: Active New York RN license in hand prior to submission (no exceptions) Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing experience Epic charting system experience required Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location Availability limited to travelers with 10 days or fewer of requested time off Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and Rapid Response/Code team participation Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to work in a high-acuity cardiac environment within a well-established tertiary care hospital.
