working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Rochester, New York, 14626! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night

NY license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required Must-Have:
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias - Use
of Rapid Response Teams - Peripheral Line Care/Management - Nasal
Cannula and Oxygen administration - Non-invasive airway management
- Isolation Precautions Description: Position for Registered Nurse
in MS/Tele specialty. Day and evening ratios are 5 to 1, with a
stretch of 6-7. Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1,
stretching to 8-10 if staff calls in. Patient Care Technicians are
available on all units. They assist with vital signs, blood glucose
checks, EKGs, and activities of daily living. An in-house
phlebotomy team is responsible for all peripheral lab draws.
Nursing staff will manage PICC lines and central lines. Candidates
should have experience with the interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias. Knowledge of Rapid Response Teams is essential.
Candidates will be required to float within the scope to meet
facility needs. This may also include floating between similar
units. Clinical skills required include care and management of
oxygen delivery systems. Isolation precautions and infection
control measures must be adhered to. Patients primarily present
with cardiac and stroke diagnoses. Experience with hoyer lifts and
computerized documentation is preferred. Charting will be conducted
in an electronic health record system. All travelers must be ready
