Job Title: Level 1 RN Outpatient Cardiology Profession: RN

Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience with recent
arrhythmia recognition and cardiology experience is required.
License: NY RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS (both through AHA
or RQI) Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of patient care experience
with recent experience in arrhythmia recognition and cardiology. -
BLS and ACLS certifications. Description: This position is for a
full-time RN in outpatient cardiology. The shift is Monday to
Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no nights, weekends, or
on-call requirements. The candidate should be a graduate of an RN
program, with a BSN preferred. The RN will perform exercise
tolerance tests and nuclear stress testing. They will conduct
initial patient interviews and make preliminary assessments of test
data. The RN is responsible for preparing studies for physician
interpretation. Close collaboration with physicians and the
cardiology supervisor is essential to ensure accurate and timely
results. Monitoring of patients before, during, and after
procedures is required. Patient and family education is an
important part of the role. Assistance is needed with monitoring
for special procedures such as stress-echocardiograms and tilt
table studies. The RN must recognize emergency situations and
respond according to policy and protocol. Identifying and
interpreting arrhythmias is a critical responsibility. Conscious
