What You'll Do: As an installer, you'll use your expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, ensuring they can age safely and comfortably in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include: Installing, maintaining, and repairing home modification equipment, including: Ramps Stairlifts Vertical Platform Lifts Ceiling Track Lifts Residential Elevators Troubleshooting and problem-solving service-related issues in collaboration with manufacturers and fellow technicians. Ordering parts as necessary for equipment servicing. Responding to scheduled service calls and installations within designated timeframes. Managing team communications, including emails and updates. Attending department and company meetings as requested. Completing annual training requirements. Handling miscellaneous duties around the office as needed. Learning and taking on additional tasks or job duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals who possess: NYS Elevator Installer License (preferred) Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Drivers License Why Join Us?
