Specialist / Coordinator of Psychological Services Employment Type:
Non-Exempt Salary Range: $53,352 - $61,560 Why You Should Work for

Responsibilities: Assessment & Planning Conduct initial and annual
psychological assessments. Collaborate with IDT to develop behavior
goals and intervention methods. Participate in Personal Futures
Plan development and implementation. Data Management & Reporting
Oversee emotional data collection and supervise data entry. Observe
and document behaviors to inform service planning. Provide feedback
to supervisory staff on individual and facility concerns.
Behavioral & Crisis Support Deliver crisis intervention and
de-escalation strategies. Secure Human Rights Committee and
Informed Consent approvals. Implement and monitor behavior support
services that uphold safety and dignity. Training & Consultation
Train agency staff on behavior supports and psychological services.
Consult with team members, volunteers, and external providers.
Accompany individuals to community-based appointments as needed.
Team Participation & Compliance Attend meetings, trainings, and
planning sessions. Maintain compliance with policies, incident
reporting, and emergency protocols. Other Duties Perform additional
duties as assigned to support program needs. What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field. Minimum one year
of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Must meet Lifetime Assistance’s Vehicle Operator Requirements (if
applicable). Ability to interpret policies and regulatory
standards. Proficient in report writing and documentation. Strong
interpersonal skills for engaging with individuals, families, and
providers. Must pass all required background checks and clearances.
