Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, five 8-hour shifts per week; includes 2
weekend call shifts and 2 weeknight call shifts per month (4 total
call shifts monthly) Highlights: Work in a 471-bed short-term acute
care teaching facility with a 41-bed PACU unit Gain experience
across diverse surgical specialties including General, Ortho,
Ortho/Spine, Total Joints, and Endo/Laparoscopic procedures Phase I
and Phase II Recovery experience; 2:1 patient ratio for optimal
care delivery Epic charting system; 4-hour orientation provided
with pre-start module completion Scrubs provided by facility;
comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV Teams,
Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, and more Care for diverse
patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and
geriatrics Requirements: Active New York RN license required at
time of submission Minimum 1 year of PACU nursing experience
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Epic charting
experience is mandatory Arterial line management skills preferred
Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location Willingness
to float within facility as needed First-time travelers are welcome
