Salary: Up to $300,000 Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 Relocation

– 5:00 PM | No weekends. No call. What You’ll Do: Deliver
personalized, comprehensive care across the lifespan Engage in
traditional primary care as well as DPC and concierge-style
services Collaborate closely with internists, specialists, health
coaches, and an exceptional support team Embrace cutting-edge tools
and approaches—including genomics, lifestyle medicine, and
preventive care Help shape a healthcare model where innovation and
patient relationships are central What You Bring MD or DO, with
completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active (or eligible)
Wyoming medical license DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-first care
