Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,276 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Level 3 RN ED Obs Float Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room RN Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) Hours per Shift: 12.0 Experience: Two years of Med/Surg experience required License: RN License (New York) required Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (AHA preferred), NIHSS (Preferred) Must-Have: RN License (New York only), BLS certification, two years of experience Description: The Observation unit cares for adult patients needing additional observation to determine if the patient's condition requires admission to the hospital or if the patient can be treated and safely released home. The Observation unit operates in a fast-paced environment, turning over 20 to 27 patients daily, with an average length of stay of 27 hours. This unit has 24/7 provider coverage. Care is provided for a diverse adult population, including both emergency observation and admitted boarding patients. Patients may range from short stay to full admissions.
