Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x12 day/night
rotation, every other weekend Highlights: Dual-unit assignment
rotating between a 26-bed cardiovascular telemetry unit and a
36-bed hematology/oncology unit with a developing bone marrow
transplant program Cardiovascular unit specializes in post-PCI
care, pacemakers, AICDs, post-MI patients, and cardiac
pharmacological interventions Hematology/oncology unit offers
cross-training opportunities in MICU to support BMT patient
population Patient ratios: 1:4–1:5 days, 1:5–1:7 nights; telemetry
monitoring required 528-bed tertiary care facility utilizing Epic
charting system 20 hours of orientation with comprehensive
interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response,
pharmacy, and social services Requirements: Active New York RN
license in hand required prior to submission (no exceptions)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience; previous travel experience
required Chemotherapy certification, ACLS, and BLS certifications
required Epic charting proficiency required Must reside more than
75 miles from facility location Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and
ONS/ONCC certifications preferred Experience with medical-surgical
and telemetry patient populations, including chemotherapy
administration, port management, and central line care Why It's a
