registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Provide critical care to adult and geriatric
patients in a dynamic stepdown unit setting, delivering expert
nursing services on night shifts. This 13-week contract position
involves caring for patients requiring advanced monitoring and
management following surgery or with chronic pulmonary conditions.
Key Responsibilities: - Administer telemetry and stepdown-level
care including cardiac monitoring and emergency response -
Interpret dysrhythmias and coordinate rapid response and code team
interventions - Manage oxygen therapy, nasal cannulas, and
non-invasive airway support - Oversee cardiac drips (excluding
titration) and blood product administration - Perform central and
peripheral line care, IV therapy, and phlebotomy procedures -
Adhere to isolation precautions and maintain patient safety
standards - Float within the skillset as needed to support unit
staffing Qualifications and Experience: - Active New York RN
license (NY single state, not compact); no pending licenses
accepted - Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications - Experience
with EPIC charting system is required - Demonstrated skills in
telemetry and stepdown nursing care (PCU/IMC/DOU) - Ability to work
every other weekend and be available for alternate holiday shifts -
