Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OB/GYN for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OB/GYN - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Job Duties: HCP does not care for babies. this is high-risk moms, postpartum, pre-labor, and GYN. Provide direct care to high-risk antepartum and postpartum women with medically or obstetrically complicated pregnancies. Collaborate with physicians, nurse midwives and social workers to provide the highest quality care to the high risk patient population. Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve. In addition to the primary position to this unit, employees are oriented and trained to various competencies/modes of care across the OB service. Floating among the units in order to meet variable needs of volume and acuity is an ongoing expectation of all OB/GYN nurses.2-3years of RN experience required, OB experience helpful but not necessary Job Requirements: - RN License (NY ONLY) - Two (2) years experience Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) - Neonatal Resuscitation Required - Telemetry Experience Required About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
