Registered Nurse Profession: SMH Level 3 RN Specialty: ICU RN
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Day/Eve/Night Hours per Shift:
12 hours Experience: Two years of ICU acute care experience
License: RN License (New York) Certifications: BLS (American Heart
Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: Strong
critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
Description: This position offers exposure to a variety of ICU
specialties including Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Respiratory
Special Care, and Surgical Progressive Care. The role requires the
ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care. Registered
Nurses will be assigned to the intensive care units with the
greatest staffing needs. Candidates must possess an RN license in
New York. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of ICU
experience. BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart
Association are required. Strong critical thinking, communication,
and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
