Exciting and Dynamic Work Environment : Work in the fast-paced, pre/post procedural area of Interventional Radiology (IR) , where you'll care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and Ultrasound procedures. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team and make a real difference in patients’ lives. Your Role: As an RN in our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for: Pre-procedural preparation and post-procedural recovery for IR patients, including overnight observation care . Caring for patients who are boarding overnight before or after their procedure. Experience with GI post-procedural care is preferred, but not required. Utilizing your critical thinking and strong communication skills to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of Registered Nursing experience in IR (preferred), but if you have strong Medical/Surgical and telemetry experience , we’d love to hear from you. A New York RN license (ONLY). BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association ONLY). Your Pay Package : This position is based on 10-hour shifts with a 40-hour work week , and a tax-free stipend to be determined.
