Flexible Work Schedule : Enjoy a 13-week travel assignment with a 36-hour work week and 3 shifts per week . About the Role: As an RN in the Observation Unit, you’ll play a critical role in caring for adult patients who need extra monitoring to determine whether their condition requires admission or if they can be safely discharged. The Observation Unit is fast-paced, turning over 20-27 patients per day, with an average stay of 27 hours. You’ll be supported by 24/7 provider coverage and have the chance to care for a diverse group of patients, from emergency observations to full admissions. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing: Provide expert care to patients in the Observation Unit, determining the next steps for their care. Manage a varied patient load, from short-stay to admitted boarding patients, ensuring timely and efficient care. Work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.
