facilities. Position Summary: Type of Facility: Short term acute
care,Teaching Total Staffed Beds: 471 Scrub Color: Any combo of
navy and white Charting: Epic We are looking for highly organized,
compassionate candidates to work as ER nurses. ER nurses are the
first line of defense when responding to patient injuries, trauma,
or allergic reactions. They are always prepared to respond to
emergencies, assist doctors in emergency medical care, and ensure a
high quality of nursing standards are maintained, among other
duties. Key Responsibilities: Triage incoming patients based on
level of injury or illness Immediately stabilize incoming patients
Administer medication as instructed by physicians Start intravenous
lines, and set broken bones Perform tracheotomies and intubations
Give patients stitches and sutures Create and maintain incoming
patient records Work with team of emergency staff to help patients
Help transfer stable patients to other wings Required
Qualifications: 1 year RN ER experience BLS Certification by AHA NY
State RN License Must have a permanent address at least 75 miles
