Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Geneva, New York, 14456! Pay
Information $2,110 per week About The Position Job Title: ICU
Registered Nurse (Level 2) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty:
Acute Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days/Nights Rotation Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required.
License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required. Must-Have: ACLS, BLS,
PALS (AHA/RQI certifications only), NIHSS. Description: ICU D/N
rotation with a full-time commitment. Shift schedule includes 7
a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Every other weekend and holiday
rotation is required. Basic coronary care certification is required
within 6 months of hire. CPI certification must be obtained within
90 days of hire. Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association
is recommended within 2 years of hire. TNCC certification is
recommended within 2 years of hire. Demonstrated ability to handle
confidential information with discretion. Ability to deal with
people in a professional and courteous manner. Capacity to meet
deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Enhancement of teamwork
through effective role modeling is essential. Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and organization skills are required.
Computer literacy is preferred, with experience in Microsoft Office
products and electronic medical records being advantageous.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with professional standards and
effective communication. Ensures safety and promotes dignity and
respect in all interactions. Knowledge of principles of growth and
development across the lifespan is essential. Ability to assess and
interpret data reflective of patient status is necessary. Provides
care appropriate to the age of patients served, including
pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
