participate in on-call rotation Description: The OR Circulator
position can be either full-time 8 or 10-hour shifts. Shifts are
scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role
includes on-call rotation, which can involve up to 40 hours per
week. On-call rotation includes varied weekdays, weekends, and
holidays. As part of the on-call requirement, you will be on-call
for a weekday starting after your shift and going until 7:00 AM the
following morning. Weekend on-call responsibilities include one day
during your weekend for a 24-hour period, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM,
with a 30-minute response time. On-call shifts will be every 4th to
5th night, depending on the size of the rotation. Weekend on-call
will be scheduled every 4th to 5th weekend, requiring coverage for
