*NIHSS*Description:* ***LOOKING FOR AN ASAP START**, Start Date:*
05/26/2025* Night shift only.* Expected to work every other
weekend.* Medical Step Down/Pulmonary Unit.* Invasive monitoring,
New/Rescue/Continuous NIPPV, New trachs, Ventilator with ETT,
Transvenous pacing.* Floating is expected; to other units, if
