downtime and increases throughput. Your impact Collaborate with
Operations Technicians and Engineers to minimize unplanned stops
and elevate productivity. Troubleshoot, repair, and document
mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Diagnose
PLC/HMI control systems when possible to resolve software-related
faults. Execute and record preventive maintenance tasks as
scheduled. Communicate equipment status and downtime across shifts
and to supervisor/management. Assist with offline rebuilds and prep
activities to boost future reliability. Support plant manufacturing
equipment systems under the direction of the Plant Maintenance
Supervisor. Ability to work Bausch Lomb twelve hour rotational
shift schedule is required. Be available for minimal travel to
support equipment build/integration and/or training. Schedule
choices (12-hour shifts with built-in overtime and days off)
Rotating Day/Night: Week 1: Mon/Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri/Sat/Sun (6
PM–6 AM) • Week 2: Wed/Thurs (6 AM–6 PM) Straight Nights: 6 PM–6 AM

you. Required basics High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2
years in a technician role performing equipment repairs and
preventive maintenance. Education and training Technical
apprenticeship or Associate’s degree in a related electrical or
mechanical discipline preferred; equivalent experience may
substitute. Preferred knowledge Familiarity with OSHA requirements
and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Documentation experience in medical device or other regulated
environments is a plus. Attention to detail, strong communication,
and effective teamwork. Advanced skills that stand out
Understanding of cGMP and clean room practices. Ability to read and
interpret mechanical drawings and electrical prints (required).
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude. PLC
troubleshooting exposure. Robot programming/troubleshooting (SCARA,
FANUC, Staubli, IAI) and servo systems. Injection molding machine
experience (electric and hydraulic). You should be proficient in
