Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in safety relief valve solutions,
is seeking a Valve Technician to join their dedicated team. As a
Valve Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing and quality
assurance department supporting production and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to
detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Valve
Technician Location: Orchard Park, NY Pay Range: $18-$19/hr Shift:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday What's the Job? Assemble valves
according to established procedures. Set up and operate specialized
test equipment for high-pressure valve products. Conduct functional
testing and accurately record results. Compare test results to
specifications and make necessary adjustments to meet order
requirements. Support engineering with valve and subcomponent
testing, including building and testing prototypes. What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years of experience in a
manufacturing or testing environment. Ability to read and interpret
blueprints and specifications. Basic computer skills for data entry
and retrieval. Strong attention to detail and procedural
