active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist
position is available within a K-12 school setting located in
Webster, NY. This role involves providing onsite therapy services
4-5 days per week, totaling 28-35 hours. The primary assignment is
at one building for 4 days weekly, with the flexibility to increase
to full-time by adding an additional day at another school if
desired. Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of 19
students, primarily serving K-12 students along with 2
preschool-aged children. The student population primarily consists
of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), requiring a
therapist who is skilled in working with this group and able to
support their unique physical therapy needs. Work hours are
scheduled from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, providing a structured timeframe
for therapy delivery and collaboration with educational staff. The
position is a contract role designated for the current school year
(CSY). Qualifications and desired experience: - Licensed Physical
Therapist with experience in school settings - Proficient working
with K-12 students, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder -
Ability to manage a caseload and deliver individualized therapy
interventions - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
coordinate with educators, families, and other professionals -
Commitment to student progress and team collaboration within an
educational environment This contract offers an opportunity to work
