Job Description Job Description Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated HVAC Construction Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in the HVAC construction industry. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and installers, gaining hands-on training in HVAC systems. Responsibilities Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment Support senior technicians on construction and retrofit projects Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Follow job site safety rules and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Learn HVAC codes, installation standards, and best practices Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Enrollment in or willingness to attend an HVAC training program (a plus) Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn a skilled trade Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, ladders, confined spaces) Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive health insurance (including dental and vision) Health Saving Account with company contribution Paid Life Insurance 401(k) plan with company matching Generous paid time off Paid Holidays
