We're searching for a Residential HVAC Tech who is skilled, dependable, and customer-focused. To succeed in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical training a plus EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) preferred 2 years HVAC service experience; apprenticeship considered Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostics Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation In this Residential HVAC Tech role, you'll be hands-on with a wide variety of heating and cooling systems, ensuring that our customers stay comfortable year-round. Your day may involve installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation equipment. You'll perform seasonal tune-ups, filter changes, and preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting problems will be a big part of your work, along with carrying out reliable repairs. Just as important, you'll communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners, walking them through system performance, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Throughout it all, you'll follow safety procedures, meet building codes, and uphold company standards. At times, you may also provide emergency service on a rotating on-call schedule-because our customers know they can count on us when it matters most. READY TO APPLY?
