Job Description:

JLL is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to join our dedicated facilities management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency and optimal functioning of our real estate assets. You'll be responsible for maintaining mechanical systems, performing diagnostics, and resolving issues to prevent downtime and extend asset life. By bringing your expertise to JLL, you help us deliver outstanding environments for our clients and contribute to our reputation as leaders in the commercial real estate sector. Perform routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Diagnose issues, repair faults, and perform system upgrades, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with facility managers and other team members to coordinate maintenance tasks and manage workflows. Document and maintain records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics and support staff. Proven expertise in managing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the use of tools and technology used in maintenance. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
